By placing an order on our site, you accept the terms outlined below regarding returns and refunds. If you need to return an order, our return policy is provided for your convenience.  

Eligibility for Returns  

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging.  

  • Ensure that all tags, labels, and boxes are returned in their original state.  
  • Products that have been worn, cleaned, or modified are not eligible for return.  
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within this period.  
  • Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.  

How to Initiate a Return  

Step 1: Initiate a Request    
Send your return request along with your Order ID and reason for return to valuepeaksolutions@gmail.com.  

Step 2: Share Supporting Photos    
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, attach clear photos showing the issue for quicker processing.  

Step 3: Follow the Return Instructions    
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions detailing the return process.  

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not adhere to our guidelines.  

Refund Process & Timeline  

After receiving your returned item, our team will verify that it meets the return requirements. You will be notified whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed.  

Partial Refund Guidelines  

If an item partially meets the return conditions (e.g., minor damage or missing packaging), a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.  

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product  

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos or videos of the issue via email to help us resolve it promptly.
