You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever occurs first.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email.
If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
We do not currently provide options to modify items or addresses once an order has been placed. In such cases, you will need to cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new one.
